In addition to spherical aberration, the most important optical principles in cataract surgery and laser eye surgery are astigmatism, chromatic aberration, coma, and higher order aberrations.

IOL tilt and decentration, corneal and lenticular power, quality of the tear film and corneal surface are also important parameters to consider.

All these parameters will be discussed and refreshed in detail during this instructional class, in a very didactic and entertaining way
