OB 2024 registration: How to register?

 

2024 AOB MEMBERS DO NOT HAVE TO REGISTER!
Registration fee is already included in the 2024 membership.

REGISTRATION IS ONLY REQUIRED FOR MEMBERS IF
 you would like to participate in the congress dinner or a wetlab.

NON-MEMBERS HAVE TO REGISTER!

OB 2024 & BSONT online registration: How to register?

    1.    Go to www.ophthalmologia.be
    2.    Login with email and password (not yet an account ? or need a new password? -  follow this procedure)
    3.    Click on 'Go to my account' (at the top of the page)
    4.    Click on 'My payments' (in the menu on the left)
    5.    Click on the link – OB 2024
    6.    Select the OB 2024 items you would like to register for
    7.    Check/complete the invoice details

CHOOSE:
  • by credit card (Mastercard or VISA)
    Payment confirmation with a link to your receipt will be sent to your email address.
    At any time you can consult payment details and invoice on the website in the section   "Go to my account  >  My payments".
  • by bank transfer
    After you click on the button to confirm your payment, you will be forwarded to the page "My payments" where you can find your invoice, in the section "Unpaid invoices" at the top of the page.

    The invoice contains the payment details with the structured communication (+++ xxx/xxxx/xxxx +++) mandatory to mention on your bank transfer. Make sure to organize the payment immediately. Your registration is only valid when the registration fee has been received!

    At any time you can consult payment details and invoice on the website in the section  "Go to my account  >  My payments".

    Payments received without this structured communication will not be accepted.

BSONT group registration: How to register?
You can make a group registration (group=more than 5 people) by clicking on GROUP REGISTRATION FORM, fill out the form and submit. 
Recommend: we recommend that everyone registers individual - which is a faster process, and the individual receives the info directly. 
If you organize the registration of a group, make sure that the nurses are informed and payments are made before the nurses arrive onsite! The registration is only confirmed when payment has been received. 

Registration as a group is nolonger possible after November 13, 2024!! Once passed this deadline, the nurses have to pay individually online through their account.
