| But | The development of a squint can be the landmark of a serious medical problem either neurological, internal or orbital. In this case a fast referral to a proper specialist is mandatory. There are specific cases (trauma, infection, neoplasm) that need an immediate ophthalmic therapy. Finally, postponement of strabismological treatment may have serious consequences for the development of binocular vision. |
