But	Anomalies of binocular function (heterophoria, convergence insufficiency, ocular motility disorders,...) can cause a variety of symptoms such as headache, ocular fatique, diplopia, asthenopia,... Most of these symptoms can impair near work seriously. Some cases will be discussed.
