Titre

Diplopia caused by convergence insufficiency

But	To describe a more frequent cause of diplopia than it may seem.
Méthodes	Several clinical cases will be evoked to illustrate the symptoms and the treatment possibilities of convergence insufficiency.
Résultats	Convergence insufficiency is generally a progressive decompensated condition. It has nevertheless its place in the work-up of an acute diplopia.
Conclusion	The stress induced by "seeing double" can lead the patient to an emergency consultation, even in case of convergence insufficiency, an usually progressive condition.
