COVID REGULATIONS: 
The OB organisation follows the rules imposed by SQUARE.
Please note that SQUARE is subject to the CST regulations and complies with the CIRM (Covid Infrastructure Risk Model). 

What does this mean for you in practice? 
ANYONE entering the building must show a negative Covid Safe Ticket with an ID. Checks are performed by the assigned security team. Always were a mouth mask!  

Should new security rules be imposed by the government, you will be informed.

      • Set-up of the exhibition: Monday November 22 and Tuesday November 23, 2021 – 08:00 to 20:00
      • Dismantling of the exhibition: Friday November 26 from 17:00 until 24:00
      Individual time schedule build-up / Break-down will be available in October.

      The exhibition will be open during the congress :

      • Wednesday 08:30 - 18:00 (access to exhibitors from 07:30)
      • Thursday 08:30 - 18:00 (access to exhibitors from 07:30)
      • Friday 08:30 - 17:00 (access to exhibitors from 07:30)
